Hello Mis Lee, I processed fiance visa when i was there in the philippines., But i think it's the same cost as it is both falls on the same category as entry clearance as a partner. If you can watch my video about my fiance visa journey, i think i mention there how much we spent, and for the requirements you just need to add your marriage certificate for spouse visa.

About IELTS hindi naman nila hinanap. Pero my IELTS cert naman ako just incase hanapin

yes, if I change my passport name to my married name mag update lang ako ng brp, no need na mag apply ulit ng spouse visa.
