In summary hes discussing the differences between the Texas and LA voice-over markets, particularly regarding Crunchyroll and Netflix. They highlight Netflix's approach to anime dubbing, with some studios being secretive and changing project details to maintain confidentiality. He's sharing their experience with a Netflix show, mentioning how the original cast wasn't considered for the LA production due to location restrictions. He emphasizes the need for transparency and advocate for using existing casts from Texas in LA productions when possible.

While there have been way too many examples of TX and/or non-local actors getting screwed over when it comes to sequels/spinoffs/SEA market re-dubs/etc... moving to LA, I will say I've been more hopeful about Netflix dubs bringing back TX actors nowadays than I ever have before, albeit depending on the studio. Even the Thermae Romae sequel on Netflix, a super niche gag comedy that I wouldn't say was even close to popular enough to have a ton of fan leverage, brought back David Wald which I think caught most people by surprise.
It may be a small step compared to the TX team who have usually pushed hard to bring actors back when they could even pre-pandemic (whether its simply making allowances for remote recording for long-running reprisals, directors flying out to LA to record leads for certain projects, producing a SAG dub for a couple films/OVAs or that Haruhi-spinoff series from around 2015-16 just to get those returning casts back, etc...), but at least it's a step in the right direction.

Ok we get it, your mad. You got dropped from ONE role. Please move on. You are better than this.

If you think I'm only putting all these videos out because of Mob, you're not paying much attention

Do you really think this is about Mob Psycho still? People aren't cancelling their crunchyroll subscriptions and tweeting at them because of one role. Kyle's trying to lead the charge for dub actors to get the pay and benefits they deserve, which has been an ongoing movement for years; this is just a good microcosm of pre-existing conditions that can actually get peoples' attention. I recommend looking up what dub actors got paid for the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie.

This comment proves you're not actually listening, and are only focused on the short term. This issue is much larger than ONE role he's done. You're the one who needs to be better than this. Kyle is fighting for the rights of actors by starting a conversation. He absolutely should not move on from this, and I applaude him for sticking to his guns.
