the blue dog is an additional pop from gaveyard and on board u can pop 1 card u controll and destroy non target a spell/trap on the field. U can out floodgates or annoying field spells like that. its pretty flexible but sharvara is normaly the better target in most cases and running him to is an aditional brick. But it can work. As an engine 1 is enough but it is good since the 1 copy could be banlshed face down
