Nearly everything is perfect in this home - but the master bathroom is a deal breaker; this is no bathroom, but a stage. Your neighbor sees absolutely everything due to that large window behind the bathtube. I would feel exposed in that room even with my clothes on. And no, a curtain would not help me get rid of that feeling.
Thank you for the comment! Since this is a semi-custom home, you could have the builder not include the windows in the bathroom. A few other options would be that you could have the windows frosted or even tinted to where you can see out, but people can't see in. Thank you for your comment! The primary bedroom is 15'11" X 16'11", the second bedroom on the main level is 11'11" X 14'5", the bedroom on the upper level is 10'11" X 18'10. You could make bedrooms in the basement bigger, but that might not be ideal. Hope this helps! 😃

This is one of the most sought after areas with a professional golf course, (the International has actually been played on this course for 21 seasons, from 1986 through 2006) it's a gated community with a full staff at all the gates 24/7, plus many other amenities. You get a lot more than just the house 😁I hope this helps explain the price...and the prices are quite high here unfortunately!
