Definitely, I was at his 1£ course and I promise you there was 20% of something new and interesting to hear and 80% was just a sales of idea to poor people with dreams.. there was around 200 people and most of them was running to sign :o Selling fake dreams to those poor people this is his real business. Yes there were people capable of learning and making money from property but there were only about 10-15 people . Everyone else just paid his bills. I was a salesman for some time and I left.. I couldn't stand selling fake happiness with fake products to people that actually don't need it. And that is exactly what he is doing. Don't get me wrong he is selling something worth it but he is selling to people who are not capable of using it and that is wrong

Iv been to one of sams course, they are a £1 to go but in the small print it tells you if you don’t go your fined £100, on the course fair enough you can learn but a lot of the day is about buying his full course which he calculates to being priced at £14,000 BUT if you run to the back of the room right now you can take it for £6000
I was at the same course as well. He counted his courses at value of 14k and if you run to the back and sign it will be only 2k. I wasn't running so he looked straight into my eyes and said: what do you wait? it's the best opportunity in your life. So I stood up and walked home
I remember that. some guy killed himself because he got scammed by Samuel Leeds. that was my final straw with him. to many people with bad stories of him.
If you sued that guy, in civil court, for sending inappropriate texts to your wife, how does he end up with a court fine and community service from a criminal court? Sounds like Sammy has adopted this story as his own.

Also had some new kit for the kitchen delivered a few weeks ago alongside the new floor being done on Friday. Currently in here, cleaning things up after the Plasterers were in a few weeks ago so it's been a big job but it will (hopefully) be worth it.

Alot of prople talking crap about the guy who havent been to any of his courses or only the £1 course, i was one of them before i bit the bullet and went thinking id confirm my negatove suspision, i then went on his further training and had my eyes opened, im not one that bows to pressure selling and having done sales jobs i know the tactitcs, it is a business so ofcourse hes going to upsell, but the training is legit, and the tean, support and mentoring is fantastic, best thing i ever done, and havent met one person that has anything bad to say once going fully in on his training, its all on you in the end and if you do anything with it, hes a marmite guy, but a genuine one
Thanks for the interview. I think Samuel is a straight talking hard working bloke who, unlike most people, has grafted and is sucessful at his chosen craft. As a newbie property investor i hope i can learn and apply some of the tips and info you can glean from his, as well as others. The challenge is always finding genuine mentors and training companies that dont just want to fleece you through poorly executed property courses.....at a time when most people have very little money to spend on such things. Often course trainers pretend they are doing it just to help others...yeh right...of course....
I’ve took some of his courses, it’s expensive and I wasn’t sure it’s a scam. Believe it or not, I absolutely love the content and I’ve learnt a lot ( and this is much more valuable than making a mistake in property). Just make your own experience. It’s hard to find good mentors though. Honestly, I didn’t liked the pressure of the sales during the crash course. It’s definitely a business and another world. I believe that’s the reason why people criticize him so much as a “scammer”.
