I think she was dead already (probably killed by an Uber/Taxi Driver) and is now a hitchhiker ghost. She is reenacting her death/suicide and taking vengeance on all-male drivers (sorry, just my take on it).

Then one night, maybe a few days later... she was probably out drinking and decided to catch an Uber. home...He was the one that picked her up...Eyeing her jewelry and attire he could tell she had money so he drove her home...Killed her, took her Jag and whatever valuables he could find and disposed of her body...He looks to pick up drunk females because it makes it easier to target them....Notice at 2:57 he implies she has had a lot to drink and should go to sleep for a bit until he reaches her destination ....I think he was testing her to see if she was drunk...This would make his job of killing her easy.... What's scary about this, is after she changed her mind and said "Let's just go," if he were to then say "Well since you have all of that money to spare and I had already gotten my hopes up, can you just give it to me anyway, because I really really need it," she probably would have said okay XD.

Writing from my BTSVIXX Grave looks like it. *lol* maybe this is how she died the first time. I bet when When she was still human and suicidal, she asked a complete stranger to help her die, then changed her mind, but her killer still killed her. Now her angry spirit is in some kind of loop repeating the cycle of how she died and asking random people to help her. I bet if they listen to her when she says she changed her mind, it will appease and she'll let them go on their way never knowing how close THEY came to dying that night. *lol*

POSSIBLE SPOILER:
In the end you see three pairs of eyes....Could it be that he has killed many female passengers before and this happened to be the ghost of one that decided to come back for revenge....Think about it for a sec...When an Uber or any Taxi picks a person up they never sit upfront so how would she have put the rope in the glove compartment without him knowing? Also as stated he is driving a jaguar as an Uber...Yet says he is barely making ends meet...My theory is that car belonged to her and he took it after he killed her the first time....My belief is that she was thinking of hanging herself before therefore putting the rope in the glove box....But she decided she couldn't go through with it so she didn't do it...But the rope stayed in the box all that time....She did say she has tried many times to kill herself before she met him....
Then one night, maybe a few days later... she was probably out drinking and decided to catch an Uber. home...He was the one that picked her up...Eyeing her jewelry and attire he could tell she had money so he drove her home...Killed her, took her Jag and whatever valuables he could find and disposed of her body...He looks to pick up drunk females because it makes it easier to target them....Notice at 2:57 he implies she has had a lot to drink and should go to sleep for a bit until he reaches her destination ....I think he was testing her to see if she was drunk...This would make his job of killing her easy....
Now when he acted surprised by her request it wasn't because he was shocked that she asked him to do it....It was more like "Oh Shit" Because from the beginning you see him eyeing her and taking notice of her expensive bag and jewelry...Then her conversation with him was a bit off....Asking him if he envied her due to her wealth....How much did he earn as an Uber driver, etc....I think when he was killing her the first time he was probably yelling out some hateful things regarding how shitty his life is only getting by on a little bit of money while rich people have it all, treat the lower class beneath them, you know the usual....
Also notice at 4:08 read his exact words carefully then at 4:25 she says "I Know" and gives him this intense look....Then he asks her what does she know? But she never answered him....She knew which buttons to press with him this time around and this is how she tempted him....He probably didn't recognize her from before because he has killed so many women he can't even remember faces at this point...Her decision to change her mind last minute was to trigger a nerve in him and piss him off....She already knew how this would end up....She was waiting for it....I don't know but it seems totally possible.....Still was a good film

This was a nice story. It turned out to be more interesting when the lady decided to tempt the uberdriver to kill her it change mind after. but the driver was so in to kill her just a little sad though coz i wanted to see how the whole details of killing was done and how the driver got killed by this so many eyes. 😁 just didn't expect that i would be confused at the last part. But over all i liked it.👏👏
