It's worth mentioning that a lot of the apartments on the coast were not build for all year stay, which is happening more and more now, there is no central heating on any of the apartments on the coast, so people use air conditioning or floor heating, we payed 176eur for November for electricity.
Great interview with honest comments. We moved to Montenegro few years ago and really enjoy the country. I just will like to add a point it is the safety, it so pleasant to see the children to be free. Your houses and cars are going to be damaged or stollen.
Loved the content as always, really appreciate the pros and cons. Ksenija is very knowledgeable and lovely. My only critique would be that she might want to take a slow inhale and relax. I honestly felt like she sounded like she needed air. I found myself wanting to take in some air for her. She is very sweet though.
Thanks for all of your videos. They are very informative. I just wish you would cover health care options, if feasible, which is one of the main reasons someone would relocate to these places.
Ladislas, do you have a video about the situation involving residency and real estate as it is now in Croatia and in Serbia (with the Kosovo situation simmering)?
Mexico Temporary Residency Permit are keeping good enough for the freedom preparation and rich earning money of USD DOLLAR $ 5000 per month showing on the necessary bank statement or broker accounts for the past year onwards! PHYSICAL presence anywhere is an optimum opportunity option after the first thing to make the award of the moving activities permits! Leaving the country during the procedures is forbidden, but extreme circumstances can be proposed to the Mexican authorities to depart the country and this is via the attorney!🏥
There are no active NGOs influencing education or pushing LGBTQ+ agenda or such, police/authorities are less strict, I've came from MNE after 4 months and never got stopped once on EU license plates, when my car was getting towed away for bad parking in Tivat, the police officer only asked me for driving license and didn't give me any fine, this would never happen in my country Slovakia or in Germany.
Also you can buy alcohol anytime without any limit, you can literally buy as much as you want with no limits even on gas stations. For fishing you generally don't need any permit, you can just go fishing anywhere, which is a crime where I come from. (exception is lake Skadar, where you need to make a pass for fishing and pay for it)
another one is metal detectors, it's legal to use them on the beach or in the water, unlike in many EU countries, even in the forest nobody will tell you anything
in Germany you can collect max 1kg of mushrooms per person, so even when you bring kids and family it's very little and you will collect this in less than one hour (the penalty for collecting more is several thousands of euro), in MNE you can collect all you want with no limit
I pay 200 per month, 400 in season +electricity. Eat in local restaurants and sometimes visit something fancier like Verige65. I spend around 1000+per month, car consumes quite a lot as I do a lot of driving.
How do the professionals address the reality of the dangers of war between NATO and Russia spreading among the potentially targeted small NATO countries such as Slovenia and Montenegro? Unfortunately it is a reality that people are simply ignoring or hiding from. The fact is that a war will rapidly and easily spread. So why would serious investors tie up money and residency in such a location under the PREVAILING circumstances??!! I don't think that North Americans would simply want to risk the vulnerability of the whole region to an explosive situation with hypersonic missiles all over the place. Eventually there won't be a European Community for Montenegro to join. I say all this with a sense of foreboding and unease because Montenegro looks like a magnificent place to visit to reside in.
Even if war did break out between Russia and NATO, Russia would not waste its missiles on Montenegro. The risk is rather internal Balkan issues, though the risk is much greater in Serbia, MK, and Bosnia
@TheWanderingInvestor Hoe do you know the war would be so tightly controlled? Wars are never that neat and clean! Russia knows to target any NATO country.

@@mbvmanagement3716 Good point. This video was about investing, but I can tell you that healthcare in Montenegro is mediocre at best.

I don’t
I’m in Mexico, Airbnb bookings are down in rentals. 2024 was brutal
What part of Mexico?

Please compare Herceg Novi to Budva and Kotor. It is a little rougher in some areas but the value might be better. Love your analysis.

@ Decided not to sell it. Lovely place.
What are the cultural freedoms that westerners are seeking when they move to Montenegro?
