Video can be found on The Shamen Collection DVD released by One Little Indian.
I bought the En-tact CD in 1990...music back then was before the rave scene even kicked off!
The Shamen....Hypnotone....etc
this transcend all dimensions of music, a everlasting song that shake the reality itself, great work, The Shamen is unmatchable, !BRAVO BRAVO¡.
What a beauty. I love The Shamen. Songs like this are forever, totally timeless.
Year And Country from Music
pop dance music was more avant-garde before musically and aesthetically
shoulda kept it in 4:3 mate.
eoghan kidney Go find a 4:3 version to watch if you have a problem with it. These were cropped to 16:9 as they were to be included in my website and that's what I wanted. I don't see why people complain so much about this...there are other versions on UA-cam...if you're that bothered watch one of them instead. it's like watching TV.. if you don't like a channel, turn it over rather than writing in to 'Points of View' about it!!!
@eoghan kidney
I think you might have touched a nerve, there, mate 🤣
Playing this in memory of my old friend, Natalie Barley (nee Small), who gave me a copy of the En-Tact album when we were at college together in 1992. Rest easy, mate.
En tact are almost unknow of now mate. Don't know if you know but the was a 2nd en-tact E.P . Think it was simply called en-tact 2. Or very similar, was mostly remixes but still as good . 🥰👊🏻
come back shamen .good market for good music, the charts are sh it
35 years later. Still a choon 🥰
Timeless. RIP Will Sin.
This is tight as fuck! I’d put this right up there with 808 State.
RIP WIll
Absolutely fantastic track from the criminally underrated En-Tact which was universally misunderstood by the music press when it was first released. One of the most iconic dance albums of the 90's, with an all star engineering team and Ian Tregoning of Yello fame.
nutster9000 En-Tact is their best, most mature and classic work. It never gets boring after all these years.
@@discodelirio Axis Mutatis and Hempton Manor are good too!
🏴Scottish talent🏴......... they don’t make albums like this anymore? Down to the fact there’s no counter culture being born.
-unlike when this album was released. I miss them..........🤷🏼
@@john-clayknight4885 Iconic to him perhaps? And anyways why come on a thread for The Shamen and spread bad vibes...
Fabulous album. That and Boss Drum
This song is f..king killing me ❤️🔥….how it ends up stuck in my head and the effect it has on me am I the only one that experiences this!?
no me too. Its like balance
"My time is yours " from the film THX1138.
Also samples Laraaji’s zither from the tune Meditation 2# from Ambient 3: Day of Radiance. Beautiful stuff. ❤️
So dark sound at moments..,..this 'En-Tact' album, is REALLY something! Starting from this tune..
Yep, it's me, the 400th person to like the vid, no autographs please.
we won't always have time for the 3 people that disliked the video

Almost forgot about this track, what a beauty.
The last time I heard this was on my aiwa personal cassette player. Sounds better now 😂
Suddenly This tune just comes back out of the blue and gets stuck in my head and my heart.....purely emotion.
Stunning track. Still gives me the shivers.
You don't hear an excellent throbbing bass in music anymore. Beautifully mixed.
The track and video go so well together, Especially when you've got the stone on lol.
Damn, I always end up leaving the stone on. 😂😂
you can tell with your heart when the musics better
This was even more Duran Duran than Duran Duran at the time.
Absolutely wonderful - one of the best tracks off 'En-Tact,' along with "Move Any Mountain" and "Lightspan Soundwave."
So good are all " The Shamen " videos from start to finish , brilliant punky dance band or Group ,was always a big fan , I supported them end of the 1980s & 1990s ... Wicked Stuff thought provoking music 😀
I still listen to this album. Cool.
One of my favorite electronic tracks on the planet. Killer.
It sounds like you're in a room made out of crystals
BEAUTIFUL ......Thanks for sharing..xx Entact album is the best...
Early Shamen stuff was amazing. Drop in ‘87 through to EnTact in ‘90 👊🏻💥
such a warm sound, like having my ears massaged!
Analogue, baby! Meat Beat were killing it too!
I bought this on 12" back in the day. Forgot how suffused with bliss Omega Amigo was.
Why even have the dislike button on this?
Great to see in HD
play xtc and shamen at the same time
What a glorious sumptuous song and video from a magnificent band, shame we don’t hear form Colin much these days, lucky enough to have known the beautiful girl in the video , all too briefly, would love to know what happened to her if anyone knows...
This takes me back soo timeless ; )
Wth has happened to current music. Where have the dreamers gone?
The internet killed us, we don't dream because everything is accessible. No mystery anymore
1989 / 1990.
Greetings from Ireland excellent all your ambels are amazing thank you blessed be
❤️🔥”I’ll always have time……”❤️🔥💎👌
Hugh Jezard. New Time X lie or Omega. Charges.
Nice one. Classic album.
1:54 LSD mode 🤪🤪
Splendid ❤
Question: why was there a red and yellow CGI pirate ship wheel whacking the screen several times with 4 spinning horseshoes in the background?
The 'horseshoe' is the symbol used to represent omega. The 'wheel' is a Buddhist symbol, I think it represent darma or the wheel of karma, birth, death etc.
Additionally, the red represents man, yellow is transformation. The dharma wheel also suggest that you direct your ship (Self) .
Pretty sure that "stupid" question was made for comic effect. If not, I apologise.
The mind is God
Thought creates reality.
MAYA it's all illusion.
Brilliant track, but this is the En-tact version, not the wonderful swirling 12" release from 1989,instrumental version aswell.
The remix of this excellent track. It's great but I still prefer the original!
Such a beautiful Acid House song, on a different level than other music at that time and still today. Outstanding contrast with the heavy bass and floating arps / vocals, dark and lovely.
Timeless - hehe
I love it! It hypnotizes my sister though.
