OmG! This is perfect. It looks like an interior design tailored to my tastes, although I probably would have used more black or dark brown instead of white to contrast with the natural tone of the wood, but overall the result is simply stunning! One of the elements that I liked the most was the TV wall. A really original touch. The sofa also looks cozy, although I probably would've chosen a leather model (I have a Bellini Sofa from Manhattan Home design and one of the things I like the most about it is that I can transform it as many times as I want). Thanks for the tour. It's a truly admirable and inspiring place.
Wow this looks incredible, minimal and functional. The divider with workspace is brilliant, working from home I would love to reimagine my workspace to be more designed that plopping my sit stand desk in the living room as it currently is. Looking at this for inspiration.

I love the washer dryer in the guest. I think for an Airbnb it’s a great idea but also if someone buys this place they could easily turn the whole room into a closet and a washer dryer in a closet is smart!

Very nice Justin, I love the modern look. The perfect place to spend a vacation. My favorite area is the living room with that beautiful open view with the remote control shades. Such a beautiful view both day and night.
Hmm what about moving the washer/dryer to the other side and doing a 180 with handleless doors? Then just blocking it off from the guest room and move the closet to the other side.
Only critique is the glass stove top, definitely would’ve gone with something a bit more durable. Amazing place great job. You’re going to do amazing with this Airbnb.
I always wanted to see the finished bathroom, the only thing that makes it difficult for me is having a double door since you have to be careful to have one door closed and not cross the other room. I hope it also has good ventilation since you have the dining room very close and the main room on the other side. The two TCL televisions were a good option although the AmazonTV was not a bad decision as the price was excellent and for a rental property it seemed to be a good investment. I understand that there was no other option to put the washer and dryer in the guest room, but it could have been a less obtrusive set since it occupies a large part of the closet and I can't imagine watching a movie with the sound of a washer and dryer so close to the bed. Overall, I think it's a good design, you have what you need and enough space to hide objects that are not pleasing to the eye and that take up too much space and cause a distraction to the panoramic view.
Really nice job Justin, congrats. I wondered where are the heaters below the windows from? We’re starting to renovate a villa here in Spain and we wanted to go with that slick white and compact look to heat the rooms. Thanks!
