What an inspiration he was...a man of faith, who would never claim to be perfect...but he stood for what was right. Charlie Daniels experienced the world, lived in it, sung about it, and he knew what was wrong with it. Now he's experiencing the perfection that comes only through Christ that this world could never offer.
Charlie never shied away from "Devil Went Down to Georgia." I saw him perform many times. One time he left the stage after performing that song, saying something to the effect that "You can't beat the devil by your own power." I was glad he clarified what his song failed to mention. Charlie was a prince of a man who treated others with respect, who loved God, and who loved his country. RIP
My step dad is named Robert Jack Daniels, and has always talked of you and the good old days of being in the creek, boys on one side girls on the other and that's how baths were taken lol.... He turns 78 the end of this month (Sept.) Looks just like you Charlie, beard is longer, but just as white and pretty lol... He has had some heart problems, cancer so his weight is less these days. God is so Awesome and Amazing answering our prayers!!! He is doing great Blessed!!! Praise Him!!! Nice to see you Charlie, May our Father wonderfully Bless you, your Beautiful family, and fill you all overflowing with His Amazing Love always!!! ♡

I respect him so very much..Saw himplay that fiddle & sing..Best there ever is !! I still watch him & he brings hope & joy to a whole new level..A true artist who loved to entertain , he gave his very best EVERYTIME & you knew it !!He was calm & had a giant heart of gold.If everyone had a lil of Charlie in them it would be safe & beautiful. He gave 100 % & ask for nothing Him & his music are a true Blessing..We'll miss him & never forget what gifts he gave us.What an honor to be two feet from him..Such an honorable man !! His faith & Love took him many places , his talent will shine on !!! Thanks Charlie rest now your in a great place..Just your everyday man .He never forgot where he come from & never forgot those who helped him get there..Such a humble man , honest & hard working, his talent was Awesome !! Such a great American Charlie was, I remember seeing him at local county Fairs in Marietta Ga. He was a class act. A souther gentleman with a nack for rocking the guitar and fiddle.🔥⚔️🔥
