In theory you have to be a member of the "cofradía" or brotherhood where you want to become a carrier. But smaller brotherhoods in Málaga (where this video is taken) usually have problems to get all the men they need and are open to people from the outside. Holly week is just next week, most thrones are already full but if you are bold enough you might still be able to do it! hahahaha
