You can tell all the time, care, and effort went into the SNES and Sega Genesis game. This was solely made for a quick buck to those that still owned an NES.
I think this game would have been decent if it didn't feel like it was rushed. And this game will DEFINITELY give you a song you won't be able to get out of your head. lol.

The game is called "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends" on the cover art, but the title screen calls it "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle".
This looks like a shitpost by the developers as opposed to a marketable product. I honestly would expect this level of quality on Newgrounds back in the day, along with a certain level of tongue in cheek self awareness that sadly isn’t found in the actual game. 😏
I don’t know which soundtrack is worse, this or Taz Mania on Game Gear. Either way they both suck. BTW made by the same people who made Simpson Hit and Run and Prototype Also the same people who gave us Wayne’s World and Terminator on NES
