- 每次去韩国烧烤,一定会吃到的一道韩国小菜-凉拌黄豆芽,脆嫩爽口,让人吃了回味无穷。自从在家试做了一次以后,家里人就要求这道小菜要作为家里的常备小菜,它不仅可以配面吃,配粥吃,夏天配啤酒吃都特别美味。绝对是一道很好的开胃菜。最最关键的是做起来简单方便,基本上十分钟就可以搞定。
材料:
500克黄豆芽,2根韭菜,一根青葱,2瓣蒜头,1大匙鱼露,1/2小匙盐,1小匙糖,1大匙韩国辣椒粉,1大匙芝麻油,适量烤熟的熟芝麻
Every time I go to a Korean BBQ, I will definitely eat a Korean side dish - cold soy bean sprouts. Since I tried it once at home, my family asked this side dish to be a regular one at home. It can be eaten not only with noodles, but also with porridge, and it is especially delicious with beer in summer. Definitely it is a great appetizer. The most important thing is that it is simple and convenient to do, basically it can be done in ten minutes.
Material:
500g soybean sprouts, 2 leeks, 1 shallot, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp Korean chili powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, toasted sesame seed.

不過我想到還要去生魚露跟韓國辣椒粉,感覺就有點懶病發作了🤣
你可以用生抽,家里有什么辣椒粉也可以用。用不着一定要用韩国辣椒粉和生魚露。不放辣椒粉也可以。
