Myth: “People with mental illnesses can work in low-level jobs but aren’t suited for really important or responsible positions.”
Fact: People with mental illnesses, like everyone else, have the potential to work at any level, great administrator & American ex President Mr. Abraham Lincoln always/ lifetime struggled with major depressive disorders. British ex Prime minister Mr. Winston Churchill suffered from Bipolar affective disorder even great Scientist NikolaTesla & Charles Darwin severally suffered from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)
These persons are some of the examples who contributed a lot to the society even while suffering from mental illness, throughout their life

I know one of my friend from begusarai, he belongs to the general category, but he always take the benefits of obc category. Government should make the strict rules at the ground level, where this type of certificate is made.
UPSE Asperiants once availed Resv.cota/handicappe, SC,ST etc ,no second chance can avail .
