Alright and will there be alternative exercises for limited equipment? I personally have weights available and just ordered 2 resistance bands. In your videos i see many more kinds of equipment and others might not even have weights at all.
+Kariem Abozyid The program will just be Barbell, dumbbell, box, medicine ball and bench. Beyond that I fell that anything less doesn't fit into my philosophy as a trainer. In that case I don't believe that a modified version of training style would be effective enough to sell.

Talking about practices routine, i read a time ago your answering some question in other video of yours, that you commonly works with a non-linear periodization, something like verkhoshansky or issurin block periodization (and the Kraemer Non-Linear periodization too), in such kind of periodization, a severely control of internal and external training load are crucial for athletes adaption in mid and long term, how do you manipulated this variables in your practices? and about recovery? how does athlete recovery plays a role in your schedule periodization? How would performing a dynamic warm up with no shoes on effect athletes that have flat feet and issues with plantar facilitis? Without shoes would the lack of arch support and foot stabilization cause more pain or do more damage?
Stephen Nesmith The reason we take the shoes off is for less stabilization. Less stabilization due to less surface area of the foot, if forces then ankle to work harder to stabilize. This is the entire purpose, it will help strengthen the ankle. Flat feet doesn't matter because of the short duration of the warm-up. Regardless of what type of feet you have...if your doing anything that could even potentially do damage during a warm-up your probably doing the wrong stuff.
