Indiana belongs either in magic kingdom or Hollywood studios. Encanto belongs in Epcot. Zootopia belongs in animal kingdom. Pretty sad that zootopia is just getting a show instead of the cool ride from Shanghai.
Hmm… who knows. Maybe the show could either be mascot-themed, or a cool projection show like the Bugs Life show.
And you’re kinda right about those first two.
That ride from Shanghai is mind blowing, it was my favorite while visiting together with the Pirates ride. But judging based on the attention to detail in that ride, I'm not sure Disney could pull it off in Orlando. The company that partly owns the park in Shanghai is the Chinese Government and they put a ton of money into it.
The same reason why the Pirates ride in Shanghai makes the one in Orlando feel like a merry go-round, it is night and day in scale, immersion and shock.

What about animals ? No mention of the biggest part of animal kingdom the animals. This was a little disappointing.
