Thanks for the tips Claudia! I just had a bad sprain injury while doing grand jete en tournant in class recently :'( Landed on my foot rolling out (ackkkk!) and the popping sound! It was so loud I can't even walk after that! The doc said I should be fine and may be able to return in about 2-3 weeks. I hope these tips will help me with my grand jete en tournant. Anyway it would be great if you could make a video on dealing with ballet injuries.. tips and how to deal with it. I am pretty terrified on going back to class after this :( Hope I can recover soon and overcome this fear. Thanks again Claudia!

Hi Claudia! I love your videos! I haves studied ballet in years and I am just getting back into teaching ballet. I am hoping you can help. I can’t remember what one ballet jump in particular is called. It’s just like a tour jete but the kicking leg stays up and you land on the standing leg. Any thoughts?

I️ love your videos and they help me very much!! I️ just got a new portable ballet barre for Christmas. And it’s very wobbly and even when I️ do the basic barre exercises it moves around. The brand is called a vita vibe ballet barre. I️ was just wondering what is the brand that you use? And does it wobble or move around when you or your dancers practice with it? Thanks! 😁😁
