Congratulations on getting your 6th most wanted. It’s just like how I got Darth Vader vs Obito, my fourth most wanted, and now it is my favorite of Season 10 for now.
Awesome review as always, and I gotta say... I agree with your negatives as well. Yeah it took me a while to get out of the "woah" factor brought by the visuals, and the stuff I deemed positive Its still there, buuut... yeah its probs on S10's weaker side right now :(

Imma be real with you guys, this is why I'm really scared of Bill Cipher vs Discord. If Strange vs Fate; Wanda vs Zatanna; and now Raven vs Phoenix have shown that DB isn't able to do that many crazy things with even more crazy powerfull characters, then I'm worried for how they'll handle Bill Discord
I'd take talent to fumble Billcord but the other ones check out.
Honestly I'm more worried how they're gonna handle the research for Discord. Cause after what happened with Raven vs Twilight i don't exactly have the confidence that they'll handle the research for MLP characters well.

Honestly the episode was still decent but it’s the boba fett vs predator of this season so far

The Bit where they said Phoenix Died between the Scripting and recording and the Editing made me bust a gut laughing, but outside of that it was a meh one and Raven blowing the embers out... Was hoping for a Raven win though due to how Jean's been written recently... (COUGHWhatshedidtoIcemanCOUGH) 7/10 for me

This season taking longer to start was the time they would get from the mid season break, only at the beginning. The reason mid season breaks were a thing before was because of season 7 giving them 20 episodes and they wanted to give their team time to take a break and actually breath.
Then season 8 and 9 had one because their resources were pushed back from covid and the pandemic and that greatly effected seasons 8-9

Now that they’ve had time to catch up. Everything’s back on track the way it used to be
Pretty sure the reason the delay happened was because of Nick and Gerardo being let go though, so for most of that delay they would have been without editors. Not sure how they were getting a bunch of work done in advance when the positions meant to be doing the work I was talking about in that section (the editing) were vacant. Sure, researchers and animators might have gotten some more breathing room, but I don’t see how that would be the case for the team’s new editors.
@@GalacticAttorney Yeah that as well as: souron Litch king was delayed sense it was intended for erlier in the season but took longer so it got pushed back. And that’s one of the reasons Vigeto Gojeta took longer to happen because of that

That one point about Raven’s kill line didn’t make any sense, not only does it work as a general declaration but Jean has been referencing her demonic nature throughout the entire fight, not just once at the start
I assumed the delay at the start was to get MORE time to work on the episodes. Did the team really do nothing for like 6 months then start rushing to get everything out?
I clarified this in a different reply, but I’m fairly sure the reason the delay happened was because of Nick and Gerardo being let go from the team, meaning they were without a key component of their content production until DJ and Parker were hired as editors. They literally did not have the staff required to produce episodes to the show’s modern standards, so of course they weren’t able to get episodes worked on to completion during that time.
