For fur seals and sea lions, you need to go to San Cristobal, where they are the official owners of the island. The main city beach is completely given over to them. The distant beach, supposedly intended for people, was taken over by the seals themselves. There are no homeless people on the island, since all the benches, flower beds and places that provide shade during the day are occupied by cats. This is simply a seal paradise.
