I saw Zalgiris delivering Top8 game level effort tonight. Only 10 games left and what, if they will continue on this strong wave. More ambitious sponsors is all, this club is lacking. With that only comes consistency and good results. They could tighten their belts one notch, sign Kenan for another seazon or two and save on Corporation Tax. Kenan is responsible for at least 60-70% of victories this season (!), and he would happily stay here for close to market offer. For Zalgiris fans Kenan is priceless - fans would happily scramble euros for his contract. Rich clubs showed no interest in him while Zalgiris did, and Kenan is greatful for this (fact). We love Kenan too much for him to leave.

They were pissed off about referees. pao won the most fouls in league and won the most free throws in league and committed less fauls than every other team. It is ridiculous how bodiroga push them. Even real who has the same roster and the best roster in league hasn't won so many fauls and free throws
Some things never change… One of them are Pana fans crying about referees after every loss, even though there were MANY questionable calls on Žalgiris players. Guys, as a Žalgiris fan I love Panathinaikos, and I want to support you but y’all need to chill the F out. If you really think Žalgiris has any influence on referees or they somehow prefer us over a final four contender, then you’re delusional. To all the sane green brothers, it was a really good game, both teams put up a very strong fight. 💚🤍
Zalgiris fouled a lot (more than it was called). Panathinaikos should have played equally hard, but they didnt. All in all, refs dont call in a uniform way, so players dont know how to play. Plus, there are a lot of obvious ref mistakes, indicating inexperience, at the very least.
