There’s another intro like this coming from 95 next weekend but generally I am better at playing 70s Blackmore. He was differently all over the place in the 80s but I liek everythig he did so I am sure there will be nore 80s and 90s stiff down the line.
The neck pickup sounds sooo beautiful here! Please do a full cover with your bandmate. The intro was perfect but you can't leave us with this :D. This is such an energetic song. I can already hear the distorted A minor chord in my head :D .
It was hard to stop and not hit the A chord for sure :D Would be cool to do a full cover but those are extremely hard and slow to put together with all the people involved. If it's just George and me we can get it done in no time.
A really nice little piece of music Blackmore did on the intro of Anya under the Battle Rages On Tour. He was just imporvicing, and did not play it exactly the same way under the different concerts. This one, from Birmingham, might be one of the nicest - and you nailed it pretty well🙂
Dude. You've taken notes correctly, played note-to-note, that's right. But you're hurrying to play them, and thus lost in temper and feeling... this intro (like many others to Anya, especially in Stuttgart) sounds very sensitive in original performance, but you're playing like a machine-gun with blanks You have equipment, you have right hands, just let your heart play, and it'll be great! Cheers
Excellent tone and performance. Greetings from Brazil.
Thank you!
EXCELLENT!!! Please share with us more Blackmore´s solos from the 80s and 90s

How about "Tearing out of my heart" from "Live Beetween the Eyes"?

I agree, my feeling is a bit off, I am rushing. Hard to get these soulful live improves replicate in the "studio" or the lab so to say.
