Traditional life is still alive in VILAFAMÉS

Thus, the '1900' fair is a trip to the past in which the old town of Vilafamés dresses up in ancient finery. Among the 38 stops, the laundries and the making of homemade soap are recreated, you return to the old school, you will learn about the cinema and the press of the time or the 'paranys', structures that were used for hunting, will be reconstructed. Thus, there will also be time to taste 'figues albardaes' or 'bunyols'. During the three days a wedding will be officiated, several bulls will be fought in the church square, the Ronda de Quintos will play through the winding streets of the old town and the Civil Guard will patrol around ensuring the safety of the town.
We will visit the castle, the mill, the Museum of Contemporary Art "Vicente Aguilera Cerni" of Villafamés, its streets and all its festivities.

Es una belleza la población castellonense de Vilafamés que tanto e pateado, es un placer pasear en cualquier epoca del año por sus calles históricas, la muestra que nos presentas del "Vilafamés 1900" es sin duda una bella recreación de un pasado no muy lejano que muestra sus claroscuros y bellezas. Gracias, Jacobo por tu cometario. Pasear este día fue como retroceder en el pasado, la verdad que Vilafamés me ha encantado. El castillo lo están restaurando y cuando esté terminado será una pasada por el castillo y sus vistas, Un abrazo.
