I hope the house moves so they can build apartments. We need more housing to be built and for years we haven't built enough for the growing population and jobs our economy creates. We also have to allow 4 story apartment buildings all over the city including single family neighborhoods. Allow mixed use and stores to be built in residential neighborhoods to make walkable communities
Most people hate condo associations. You get a bad board and you are screwed!! Look at the condo in Florida that collapsed! Owing your own SFR house on a plot of land is best. You are only a slave to the government property taxes.

Go UP on them. 8 apartments is not enough for low income houses on that tower
it should be demolished or moved far away. The city needs much more high density building to create more units for residents..
