Status still shows as preparing for shipping. Never trusted this website after that. Interestingly they have two different addresses and customer support never replies back. 😒

I had ordered for abt 17 products on their site and out of 17 only 3 products were the ones I ordered and all others were different on opening the package. On getting in touch with them they asked me for the unboxing video which I obviously did not have since this was the first ever time I faced such an issue and did not anticipate. So they expressed their helpless unless I had such a video. In turn I requested them to look up the packaging video that they had. But they are insisting on the unboxing video. There is nothing much I could that be the victim of a new kind of fraud these people have started to perpetrate.
