    So refreshing to see not just a Passive/well built home in Colorado, but a multi family to boot! I live in Denver (NW) and it's just a sea of "traditionally" constructed (no Zip or other advanced building concepts to be seen) mini-mansion boxes/single family homes. Kudos to a beautiful build!

      @@475.SUPPLY wouldnt a house so well insulated like this have issues with condensation/humidity?

      @@ssaini5028 It absolutely would if they didn’t use materials that were specifically made for this situation. INTELLO interior smart vapor retarders and SOLITEX water resistant barriers are vapor-open materials that ENCOURAGE drying. These are the material that allow super-insulated buildings to perform safely and effectively for decades.

    Very nice build but passive house walls 0:33 are twice as thick.

    Dark and depressing interior, worst roof valley for Colorado snow.
