headaches are probably from looking at a screen for to long. Especially if you squint your eyes a lot while looking at the screen. I use to get headaches non-stop from squinting my eyes at my monitor for long periods of time but then I got glasses and the headaches stopped. If you do have a problem with your vision I 100% recommend lasik eye surgery. It was one of the best investments of my life. I got it when it was very expensive but now the prices have come down so I'd look into that if you squint a lot.
