This building was in litigation with that builder & govt. Of Maharashtra, & the builder lost case with govt. In high court of Bombay, coz it's constructed on mangrove land.there is no ghost or haunting things in this building, but their is around 1800 centurys 1 shiv temple very tiny & small only shivling is their.
