I was at a value village (a thrift store) last year.. I was just browsing the book section and I picked up “heal your life “ by Louise Hay. It was only 2 dollars !! Its been changing my life and it’s just still blows my mind how divine it all worked out for me to be drawn to her teachings. Thank you Louise. 💗

How long do you recommend us to do this meditation?
For me, it depends on what is going on in my life. Sometimes I listen to both the morning and evening, other times I will mix it up with something else. Sometimes I listen in bed, sometimes while getting ready for my day. What is best for you? Thank you for your question.
@@HealYourLifeTraining my life is very messy at the moment. No matter how many right things I am doing its turning against me so I started to listen this meditation. It's my first day 😊
When my life was messy, I listened to this all day long on repeat…. On cassette tape!
