There are some songs that just don't translate to band very well. This is one of them. However, this is probably the best translation of that song there is, so that deserves some credit. I wouldn't personally enjoy playing this, but I can recognize the work put in.
Ohio University's Marching 110 has their own personal arrangement and it sounds pretty good

It depends on the arrangement, this arrangement is for a marching band for 3-4th graders so it's easy and doesn't have all the parts. This arrangement would be more complex if this was for a college marching band.

Can someone please tell me why the Clarinets are playing along the same part as the SECOND Trumpets half the time. As a clarinetist myself I feel inferior when this happens and therefore refuse to play any lower than or only just as high as the First Trumpets. How come we only get to go up to an E♭half the time with the second trumpets, and the first trumpets get to go up to a G, every time. You should of wrote 2 or 3 clarinet parts so we could harmonize with ourselves and play along with our trumpet counterparts. I mean geez we get to go up to a B♭and C with them. We are totally capable of playing a G with the Firsts. I mean we are supposed to play higher than the trumpets anyways.
One time I was playing Clarinet 2 for my Competition Show: The Tell Tale Heart and during some of my holds, The Alto Saxes and Mellophones starting coming up to our F, and started playing as high as Clarinet 2 and 3. Whenever that happened during the show. I just jumped on up to the First Clarinet part, So I wouldn't be playing as high as the saxes and horns. But the first trumpets still ended up playing higher than Clarinet 1. They had a C, and we had a G. I hate it when composers write like that. They should know school band trumpet players can't hit High C(s).

The percussion break is hilariously bad. You can really tell when an arranger doesn't have much experience in battery percussion. All the drumline parts are really weird and unorthodox.
