24 days until Aceu's 5 year anniversary of uploading Apex is crazy. It still feels like this game came out 2-3 years ago
That was back when Aceu had passion in Apex. Now the game is so ridiculous he's just a jaded, cold blooded killer.
Now he's a lot into The Finals, cool game. But I miss apex good times, when things weren't so unbalanced. Funny enough all the nerfs didn't necessarily made the game balanced. They don't look at the obvious, that's why the game like that now.
For those still wondering, that season gold armors gave you full armors after a finisher (which is what we have as default now LOL)

Your shield still regens when you do a finisher on people lol, that’s always been in the game
@@ItsChugzzz no, in s0 finishers did nothing but finish the other person, you wouldn't gain your shields back without gold armor.
That change to finishers came in s3 or s4.

I think the good armor was the executioner thing so u got it back on a finishing move since that wasn’t on every shield yet
I use to watch Shroud and Shiv when Apex came out, now I watch ALG and stuff like that haha

i’m ngl it’s gonna sound op, but i’ve always wanted to see a algs team w aceu, timmy, & faide. it’s op, but not really in pro, but i believe w the right format they would eat man fr. they just need to let timmy run main lead. aceu will forever be my goat tho. i never watched streamers, just his utubes. he got me into movement, & watching timmy, & faide.

Seeing the amount of damage he takes from each fight, from ppl up close really shows how much apex has changed for worse, everyone was mnk, game took skill, then it went downhill, everyone changed to controller and it became a 1 clipping fest, if aceu, timmy, and everyone else from those days were would see the lobbies we have today they would think everyone is cheating, when in reality its just all controllers 1 clipping lmao, good old days gone.

07:09 Season 0 Gold Shield would regenerate when you did a finisher (other shields did not). That was its only advantage over Purple. Today, all shields refill when you pop a finisher, and Gold shield lets you use small heals more efficiently (you get twice the charge from them).
Season 0 Gold Backpack would give you 50% faster heals. Gold Backpack today gives you bigger stacks for healing items.
Season 0 Gold Knockdown let you self-res. Today's Gold Knockdown allows you to res downed players and give them 75HP afterwards.
Season 0 Gold Helmet was the same as today: Faster ability recharge.
