I have no idea how you remove then so cleanly from the scalp, but you do! Another clean job.
I like viewing all your uploads. Your procedures are well done always
Your awesome! Very happy I found your channel. I was thinking maybe getting a cloth headband and putting straight down over their head like around from forehead and back would help hold their hair out of your way. I’m sure if you would pull some stragglers would come up and out but it would keep the majority down out the way. Just a thought. Can’t wait to watch more of your videos.
Thank you for watching! We've tried it all. The problem is nothing stays put, and therefore interferes with the procedure. Plus my patients are completely awake and extensive draping is really uncomfortable for them. Easiest thing is for them to just go home and either take a shower or rinse their hair. Glad you found me - please don't forger to like, share, and subscribe! ;)
SUPERB work,Dr.M!!!....Subscribed...
Nat King Currie IV Thank you! Stay tuned .... we have more great stuff in the works! 😉
You gave her strawberry blonde hair! Thanks.
This was so fascinating to watch ! Thank you so much for the upload, doc ! From Holland with love 😃👏👏👏🗡💉✂🔬🔍👋👋👋
Lynda Mulder You’re very welcome! Stay tuned - lots more great content in the works! 😉
Dang... I need this procedure. Probably shouldn't have watched it beforehand 😅
Лучший доктор , смотрела разных докторов в ютубе , доктор Mudgil реально делает операции лучше всех .
Another job well done! You usually get those pilars in one piece. The sacs on those are usually pretty tough.......what caused that one to be so crumbly wonder?
Assistant to the Regional Manager Thanks, my man. Sometimes the wall can be a little more delicate, causing the cyst to rupture when I squeeze. Older cysts are usually easier to pop out in one piece. 😉
Why don't you tape down the hair? Seems like the procedure would go so much smoother.
After reviewing this video few weeks after first viewing it, I'm a bit disappointed. By the clarity of the cinematography and noticing how big your hands are compared to the patient head. You were in the perfect position to fire that cyst clear across the room, not harming any small children, and have it splat against the wall. Next time put your all into it, they have services to clean that stuff up 👍
All of us here at the Sanitarium love your work.
Hahahaha! I'm way too OCD about my walls and pristine offices to ever allow that to happen! ;)
I do watch a lot of these kinds of videos and I truly believe that clips and tape are a more efficient way to keep the hair down. I had a ilar cyst removed and the hair clips worked out perfect. Kept all the junk out of my hair.
Debra Newcomb We’ve tried every variant, trust me, and nothing works well in a hairy area. If things are going to get messy, they’re going to be messy no matter what you do. My patients just rinse their hair when they get home, need be, which works very well for all involved. 😉
Just found your channel and I am so glad I did!! Excellent short videos. 3-4 minutes is prime. I wonder with the head cysts, if you got those cheap see through shower caps and placed it on the head and pinned it taut and then cut the area where the cyst is, if you would have less problems with the hair getting in the way? Just a thought/
Was this another medical professional you were working on? You seemed overly concerned about her pain. Lol great job!
Attilla Dacook Hahaha! A nervous patient - wanted to make sure she was okay! 😉
Much bigger then I thought. Another clean pop done as well. Is cutting of the hair not needed? Great work Dr Mudgil as always. ☺️
This is a "clean" procedure, not sterile. Most people wouldn't want a bald spot on their head. Now more serious surgeries like a cerebral bleed, tumor, etc, you would see the hair clipped.
Thank you! I NEVER cut the hair - it's not necessary (plus, patients really dislike it!) - I just have my patients rinse/wash their hair when they get home.
It helps to use surgical tape to hold the hair down and out of the way.
NewlyNaturalNikki The surgical tape doesn’t stick and ends up being a nuisance. My patients can go home and rinse their hair in the shower without issue.
@@DrMudgil Dr. Sandra Lee uses it all the time. Maybe it's not surgical tape, but it stays down and makes it so much easier.
I enjoy you tube
Wow😲
Great video set up and doc discussion with pt.
A Texas RN from wound care.
Thank you! I'm truly humbled! That's high praise coming from an RN - trust me, I know! ;)
My favorite out of the pimple pop doc's. Mudgils technique is bomb and he doesn't talk you to death!!! Great as always doc!
Many thanks! Stay tuned ... we're working on some more great content!
