If I ever wanted to get a townhome it would have to be an end unit. One side not sharing walls. The blinds, built ins, island color and elevator were progressive..
Beautiful townhouse. I’d definitely turn that wet bar into a cute little coffee and tea bar and of course leave a cabinet dedicated to adult beverages. I also love large bedrooms where you can fit a bedroom set and still have space for a sitting area.

This was an interesting layout and elevator wow, yeah I can definitely see that benefit 😁 We've never lived in a town home before and not sure something like this would serve us being a big family with little kiddos as well, but you know what they say, where there's a will ( and I would add a need) there's a way 😉. Anyhow sounds like a nice community is being developed there and thank you again for another Stellar tour.🙏🏽😊
We have plenty of options in Central VA but condo and townhome living is the only option financially for some Americans due to housing costs. I appreciate your support. Happy Holidays.
@MaxWilliams, Not only that, but some prefer condominium living as they don't have to do yardwork. All the weeding, grass cutting, shoveling snow, etc is done by the staff of the condo owners Association. Plus, condo and townhouse complexes often have amenities that can range from just the simple park all the way to communities with swimming pools, fitness suites, golf courses, bowling alleys, etc.
One thing I do like about some houses that I have seen now where in the bathrooms that the toilet is separate from the rest of the with a door. My Aunt's home in Woodbridge was like that.
Modern townhomes have strict fire ratings between walls and the soundproofing is very good as a result. The only time you can hear a neighbor is if they are really pumping the bass. The 55+ crowd is not known for excessive bass.

It is just like a normal elevator, except you must close the door yourself and they are not as fast.
Prefer this unit, by far, to the previously toured unit in this same complex Max. 👍🏽

I love it. But I always wonder how insulated are the walls? I do not want to hear my neighbors at all especially if I'm buying this property.
