Si la cámara está marcada como compatible con iOS, entonces debería funcionar.
Comprueba que estás en el mismo wifi, que la aplicación está en la última versión, haz un restablecimiento de fábrica de la cámara para estar seguro y otorga todos los permisos a la aplicación en el teléfono inteligente.
