They are playing traditional Mongolian instruments... the morin khuur (also known as the horsehead fiddle) that has two strings (one made from the tail hairs from the owner's mare and one made from the tail hairs of the owner's stallion) and played with a bow; and the tovshuur (a two or three stringed lute) that is played by plucking or strumming the strings. This is my favorite band (even over Sabaton) and there are lots of songs of various style.
This Mongolian group are singing in Mongolian and playing traditional musical instruments (I believe they all studied at the music conservatory in Ulaan Bataar) The lyrics are, I believe, 12th century war chant. The band are excellent especially when they aren't being accompanied by an English language singer when they use their native language and doing the throat singing that enhances the experience. As the total population of Mongolia is roughly 3 million about the size of the Amsterdam Metropolitan area that is likely a fair percentage of the bikers in Mongolia at least those with decent bikes LOL. This is a band worth exploring.
