I can understand girl. My current bf is suffering from Erectile Dysfunction and although now he is very chill with his problem. But a few months back he was a super sad dude cause his ex was spreading rumours about him and exaggerating his condition. I'm so glad you are spreading awareness. These conditions should be normalised so that people can focus on solutions rather than the problem. ❤

My respect for Swasti 📈⬆. Talking openly about these personal topics is really hard on the internet when you live in a country like India, but you still did it. Got mad respect for you, bro.
My girlfriend also struggled with vaginismus in the past. She confided in me that she was se*ually abused during her childhood, which is why she isn't mentally and physically ready for s*x. As someone who always craved sex and was somewhat addicted to it in past relationships, it was quite difficult for me to resist at first.
Sometimes I thought about just going on a chill date and F*ck someone else. But my inner conscience wouldn't let me do that.
Fast forward to today, my girlfriend and I are living together with all the love and intimacy. She trained her mind and body to accept me, and I changed myself from a sex addict to a supportive partner. Her vaginismus really helped our relationship become more trustworthy and soulful. I'm quite impressed with my inner changes as well because I didn't do anything wrong despite thinking about it.
We are happy together now.

Hey never thought I’ll be talking about this but here goes nothing….When I was really young I was subjected to the idea of sexuality too early as it was the primary way of people “cursing” at me (being called gay and trans as a gali when I was 6-😀🥲) and then I was even molested which made me sexually frustrated . When ever I tried to explore myself I realised that I could never open my self to it..This video made me realise what the problem was…but I’d also like to share what I did to help myself out……the MOST IMPORTANT PART IS TO HAVE A SUPPORTIVE PARTNER ..I’m still virgin but he helped me relax and not tense up and now I can feel that my body opens up better…so yea if your feeling something similar try being kinder to your body for the psychological part of this condition coz the trauma of your past can effect everything about you…but if it get worse pls go for a checkup…..and once again thanks swasti for bringing awareness to such a topic…lots of love to you girlies!

You should consider the risk associated with it:-
1. Due to multiple partner she may have some STD(HIV) or skin infections.
2. She might have some recorded video or photos which might trouble you/your reputation in future.
3. Using pills for birth control will definitely create hormone imbalance in her body which trouble you to have babies.
4. She is marrying you just because of her family pressure OR you have a handsome salary but may be she is still having emotional attachment with her ex and after marriage it will be converted to adultery.
5. Girls who had physical relationships they are very irritated, hyper and noisy in nature. You have to put more effort to do simple things.
6. As this is not the first time, she will not have any interest on you, as she will have expectations of at least 30 mins where u wont even last 30 seconds when ur a virgin, so her expectations will be high.
***And the most important point is - before marriage her PARENTS(planned, visited, managed time, removed evidences of her previous relationships) to do all this, after marriage what is the guarantee that she will not cheat you and do the same again.
So now decide...
Whether boys should marry a virgin girl who never been in a relationship before OR a non-virgin girl who have one or three or five(God knows how many relationships she has been in with in the past)

Everyone should wait until marriage for sex , otherwise you will be locked in the sense of grief, because after sex oxytocin is released which makes you bonded to your partner and if you make sexual relationship with many partners then even after marriage you can't forget them , and you will not able to make that special bond of attachment with your husband/wife. I think the gynecologist dealt with your problem quite poorly. I hope she atleast sat you down and had gave you an idea of what was going on with you. Even after going to an expert you had to depend on google to understand the issue. That says so much! No wonder this is not talked about.
