Even I faced this issues.... Acclimatization matter bro... Spend time in high altitude sleep at low altitude.... For example = if you are in pangong lake... Go above 200 to 400 meters and spend atleast 1 hour and then sleep at pangong.. Just enaku experienced persons kitta irunthu kathukanuthu ...Next time high altitude pona try panni parunga next time...

I had faced this issue back in 2016 when i was in Manali , it was like hell bro for 2days i was vomiting with dizziness and we were associated with a travel guide but he himself didn’t know it was Ams and after returning home i visited doctor only then i know it was Ams but the highlight is not only me but my whole family was facing this issue at that time and we couldn’t enjoy our trip as expected. And hope you got recovered! ❤️
