Tribute to Mom and Dad Decorah - Decorah, Iowa Bald Eagles nest - 6/26/2018

Through all the trials and tribulations, including sadly losing Dad, the little eaglets triumphed. Rebuilding the nest...storms..below freezing temperatures...and all the rest. Goodbye for this season sweet eagles. May you fly for many years to come. 💞

What an amazing tribute!! I fell in love with them last year and couldn’t wait for this year to start. Then losing dad broke our hearts and so many of us prayed for this dear family. Out of the blue a guardian angel was sent to help Momma D and these babies grew up on us. It’s been an amazing adventure. Thank you to everyone involved for sharing this beautiful story with all of us. Our three amigos!!❤️❤️❤️🦅🦅🦅❤️🦅❤️🦅

Mom is the best as she did everything right as her babies are grown up,I miss u Dad Decorah. This is the first nest i started to watch back in 2006.. I miss u.Fly Free where ever u are.

Hi Randi. I was just wondering how these eagles were doing. I remember watching this scene, but never had time to check it again, or forgot about it. Sure is a nice tribute. Pretty area.
