奶油芝麻餅乾 ~ Sesame Cookies

  • 準備工作:
    1.烤箱預熱160度C 。
    2.無鹽奶油放於室溫軟化。
    3.低筋麵粉過篩備用。
    Preparation:
    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.
    2. Let the unsalted butter soften at room temperature.
    3. Sift the cake flour and set aside.
    步驟如下:
    1.將奶油放入容器中,用打蛋器將奶油攪打成乳霜狀。
    2.加入有機黑糖攪拌,將奶油打至羽毛狀態。
    3.蛋白液分次加入,每一次加入蛋液之後攪拌均勻,直到蛋液完全被吸收。
    4.將已經過篩的粉類及牛奶分次加入。
    5.利用括刀以按壓的方式將麵粉與奶油混合成為糰狀。
    6.麵糰先放入冰箱冷藏20分鐘左右,以方便操作。
    7.冰箱取出的麵糰取每個約20.5~21g左右,在手心中滾圓,稍作按壓,在表面沾滿白芝麻粒,平均間隔放入烤盤中。
    8.放入已經預熱到160度C的烤箱中烘烤18~20分鐘至表面均勻上色。
    9.烤好移出放在室溫下冷卻。
    10. 請享用。

    8. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees C for 18 to 20 minutes until the surface is evenly colored.
    9. Once done, take out the baking pan and let it cool to room temperature.
