I agree that the charters need to think of how thumb players will play the chart, since they are the vast majority of the player base. Many of the charts are horrible for thumb players.
I agree this song doesn't sound like at all like an extreme I feel like everyone would've enjoyed this song more as any other difficulty other then extreme
It's clear that the developers don't really care about this game anymore, quality control went out the window months ago. They should seriously re-chart like half of the Deluxe charts in the game.
Avalon should've been a hard as standard tho, and kind of disappointed how it is charted, especially Stage 4, it is sooooo out of sync that you may choke easily. 😭
soooo yeah it definitely shouldnt have been a standard extreme but it is fully in sync because i assume chaos electronically tempos their songs, but this chart is very choke heavy
Although I agree that the chart is one dimensional even once it gets going, I'm not sure what it is about the intro that triggers you so much. You could just ignore its existence, basically, and then there's no "spike". It's just a slow intro to an otherwise dynamic chart. That said, I have no idea why they opted to downchart it so hard in the intro, it would make much more sense to follow along with the drums, similar to Bad randoms intro, especially for an extreme. Anyways, I just really like the offbeat verse rhythm (which I already mentioned in your original season video) so much that I forgive them. :D
See but that's the thing, the intro is there and adds nothing of value. Extremes like gimme some more or stand up tall have much more goin on in their intros and keep it balanced throughout the whole chart
@@RunandLift2 as someone who was the number 1 player in my country until I stopped playing, I can confidently say that to a great player this slow intro makes for a minor adjustment, wherein you just cruise through it while mentally preparing for the spike. Btw I didn't say there's no spike, I only said that it can be rendered virtually non-existent.
@@D1aN-Beatstar all good, I just disagree that balance is what makes a chart great. Spikes and disbalance in general add to game difficulty. When done right, they simply pose a challenge worth overcoming. But I completely agree that this particular spike is unwanted, at best. :D
I apologize for the low video quality for you early viewers. Accidentally uploaded it before HD finished, should be done in an hour.
I'm glad this channel exists because it addresses issues about the game that no one else mentions in videos and that's a very good thing.
That's the goal❤️

Yeah I assume they just don't play test everything which is a shame

for sure, shame they ruined a lot of peoples perseption of this song by giving it an overating and shitty chart
Just dp'ed the Standard with Thumbs. Yeah it sucks 😢
💀💪
Yeah, that was nightmare to perfect it with thumbs...
Hallowed be thy name deluxe have the same exact issue. First 4 stages are very easy and then the final stage becomes impossible
True, unfortunately not much they could do about it

yeah its starting to get embarassing

Bruh, what? It has a spike. Any great player would tell you that. You can't ignore something when your channel is discussing the issues with the song.

@@oNtuobAwoH Have you played this chart?
I just came to the conclusion that sa HATES thumbs players lol Great song, absolutely awful, awful charts in both editions
Yeah I've been saying that for a while now. As a primarily thumbs player, it's becoming very obvious on the dx releases
Yeah rip thumbs on this one lol
