House Of Pearls.. A girls other best friend .. Besides diamonds ! West Coast Sound.. My favorite as well ! I love Poco, and finally have all the good ones, I'm not missing much at all. If I find a good copy of "Seven" ., I will send it to you ✌"Under The Gun" is the only one that I am missing, as I stop with Poco at.. "Ghost Town" ( 1982 )
I'm gonna get a copy of " Under The Gun" It's a good one ! Since I've been in our VC.. I have filled a whole lot of holes ! Bob Dylan's " Nashville Skyline" 1969, Gene Clark / Dillard & Clark, Gram Parsons, Rick Nelson's country album " Country Fever" ( 1967 ) Chris Hillman getting " Satisfied Mind" on the 2nd Byrds LP ( 1965 )..And " Act Naturally" The Beatles ! Although " Pickin' Up The Pieces," Poco, was a huge part of getting the country rock / west coast sound going .. And Linda ! " She Darked The Sun" is a favorite Gene Clark / Bernie Leadon cover by her and the band !
Excellent history lesson teach. I love that sound also. If they only didn't have such a big turnover in members, they would have been half of farmers with all that talent.Thanks. 😎
Gooood morning Tony, a nice 12 minutes with you man… Enjoyed the Whole Poco Story and made me wanna pull out Legacy & Legend, 2 different decades, will run them flat and let the stylus run through… See you soon my friend 🎶✌🏼
I used to read Pogo. Wasn't aware of that fact. Legend is the only one I have because of the crazy love song. Haven't spun it in years 😊. Very good introduction to Pogo er Poco 😁.
Hey Tony. I’m a recent convert to Poco. Pick them up when I find them for cheap out in the wild. Easy to find them for a buck. Didn’t know about their name change. Having a brain fart about the name of the plane 😐. Cheers.

@@jtsrecordroom3963 that is so much great music. Our generation had the best sound.
Yes, we did
And still. do ! Haha 🤣 Love that lonesome sound of pedal steel and B Bender Telecasters !
@jtsrecordroom3963 exactly!!!
Awesome video bro
Glad you liked it. Thank you as always.

The harmonies are so tight. Such good band with little recognition. Its a shame.
I like Poco too. Good stuff
Thank you Dan

Hello Tony P, Enjoyed your review of Poco. Great Band. Have a nice weekend.
Thank you for always stopping by and commenting b I appreciate it.
Hey Tony. I’m a recent convert to Poco. Pick them up when I find them for cheap out in the wild. Easy to find them for a buck. Didn’t know about their name change. Having a brain fart about the name of the plane 😐. Cheers.
The plane was the Songbird. Poco is such a great band. Such great playing and harmonies.
Imagine if Poco had tried to name their band "Peanuts". Sky King's airplane? A Cessna named Songbird. Thank heavens for Google.
I think peanuts would be a great name for a band. :)
Tony was it Pogo that the band could not use???
Yes
