Berdhanya, beloved this was incredible teaching. It is revolutionary. As I listened to you something became very clear - I find myself for some time swinging between rājasik or tamasik vibrations. Only recently, through much prayer, inner work, conscious choices and at times even surrendering to the suffering that takes place when our spirit is growing, I’m connecting to the vibration of Sattva. Yet I feel it’s difficult to keep that energy as my constant vibration. Just as you mentioned, I am deeply aware of the changes that needs to take place in every areas of my life in order to support this vibration to grow within. i feel this video is the universe answering my call for help and guidance through you 🤍 Thank you for this gift and the work you do.
