Love this technique and absolutely love seeing an older stamp set being used. It’s so hard to keep up with all the new products all the time and this was nice to see and something else I have in my stash that I forgot about and will now want to use❤️
Super adorable card. ♥️ Thank you so much, Jennifer for sharing this fantastic hack with us. I really appreciate that you took the time to demo your ideas of the various plastic items that folks can use to get these mirrored image results. 💐
Jennifer your so good at teaching.. I saved this to Pinterest so I would always have it handy to re-read and watch. I love how you got the two animals to look at each other. Fantastic. Love the two tips again at the very end. Thank God we have you to teach all of us who don't know these tricks. Bless you and stay well. I loved seeing the old images and stamps being used too. It's so easy to forget about our older stuff. I can't afford to buy all the things I'd want to buy so thanks for all of this part too. pat
Darn. All sold out. Was only able to watch replay ans saw how adorable that stamp and die set are! Very cute card! Thank you and thanks for the technique lesson too.
Oh, this is adorable. I love the penguin and partially cutting him out. I will definitely try this mirror technique! Thanks for all these great tips!!!
Just last week I wished I had a mirror image of a stamp….and here you are demonstrating it for us! Thanks so much, Jennifer, this is a video to SAVE for the future! Love your work, the extra touches inside and beside the card front are sweet. 💌
I often wish I had the image facing the other way. I will use this way and thanks for teaching me this. It's much easier to watch this on replay than how it was buffering so much "live." Thanks, Lori S in PA
Excellent techniques Jennifer! And I just happened to have received my Simon Says tacky craft mat this week. What timing! Thanks very much for these hacks!😊
Thank you very much Jennifer, great tips and outstanding designs as always. Wish you and your loved ones the best always. Greetings from Morelia México
I love how you did this mirrored stamping! I was wondering where you purchased your paper sander and if that is what it is actually called. Thank you for sharing your techniques. ❤
Another way to do mirror stamping is to use a silicone mat ( like the kind that comes with die cutting machines), however the ink will leave a permanent mark on the mat. I've done this technique with my Gemini silicon mat and it works perfectly
So cute! Do you have any tips for reverse die cutting? I'd like to have a clean cut out for the reverse image (so the edges aren't curled up towards you)
One time I was making a complicated card. I got ink on one, so was trying to get it off, then I got more when trying to get off because I had my blending brush, so I picked the blending brush up and tossed it right onto another one that was finished. Yes, I have those days alot! 😢
Orrrrrr......you could use Reverse Image polymer stamps, or stamp onto a piece of acetate and then turn that over and stamp it into place...probably a bit messy though. Cute card!
What is going on on your nails today, it's like they're stones with that iridescent inner mirror light 😍 (That made more sense in my head, but they're fabulous)
I'm in the UK and struggling to find the Simon says stamp sticky mat. Is there other ones available that you can create the mirror stamp effect with please?
AND, this is why they call you the GOAT! Adorable!
I've said it before but dangit I must say it again! YOU ARE A GENIUS wow! Beautiful clever work.
Love this technique and absolutely love seeing an older stamp set being used. It’s so hard to keep up with all the new products all the time and this was nice to see and something else I have in my stash that I forgot about and will now want to use❤️
Thank you, Jennifer, for showing alternate ways of doing this technique so everyone can do this!❤

I am always amazed at how clever you are! Thank you, as always, for such great inspiration!
Literally sitting here with my mouth open! Brilliant! 😮
This is so much easier than the mirroring on acetate without a Misti that we did early Century. Thanks for the confidence and ideas. KYB
I love this! Thank you! ❤❤❤
Gorgeous cards Jennifer xx
How in the world did you even think how to do the mirror stamping??? You always amaze me and thank you for being so brilliant!!
7:06 one would think that the creator would have designed the same the way you are doing it.

Perfect as always
Love this! So creative…but of course, it’s a Jennifer creation, nothing else would do!!
When I fuzzy cut, I also use a black pen to clean it up but I color from the back. Putting it on scrap paper is also a good idea. Thanks!
so sweet

Hi Jennifer i use acetate to do my mirror stamping
So cute! Do you have any tips for reverse die cutting? I'd like to have a clean cut out for the reverse image (so the edges aren't curled up towards you)
Yes! ua-cam.com/video/VWJ_ydA4-ro/v-deo.html
Is that a dip powder on your nails, gel? It looks nicely pearlized…. I learned to mirror stamp from you….
Hello from Wisconsin!

Great ideas! Do you have a technique for die cutting the reverse images? I've been trying to work it out in my head and can't figure it out, 😂

Cute cards. What if you don’t have the grip mat etc.
watch the end - i show two other ways to do

Waffle Flower and Altenew have sticky mats that would work also.
what is your nail color? '
May I ask what those tiny black gems are? Been looking for tiny black ones
They are from Trinity Stamps
@@jennifermcguireink thank you!!
Where did you get the tacky mat? I have looked all over the internet and cannot find it. TIA

The video playback is also frozen and jumps to the next place so I can’t see the technique at the important part. Any way to fix that?
It's always freesing
Kind of hard getting a lot out of it whenever you skip around and omit info. I’m sure a new stamper would be totally lost!
there is something wrong with youtube that it skips around and such. it isn't my video. my dearest apologies.
Such a great technique! Thanks for sharing.
