    Frictional loss calculation was correct but adding the static head to Frictional loss is totally wrong. You should've subtracted Frictional loss from the positive static head meaning that the static is, for example, 25m but when the water comes out has 25m minus 0.00193m head or about 2.5 bar or 250 kpa pressure.

    I want to learn from you. How to calculate or design a steam header (Header length-4m, Header diameter-???, Header thickness-????). Steam pressure 10 bar, Steam mass flow rate 28 tonne per hours, Steam consumed 15 tonne per hour. Please help me about the mentioned issue.
