sir what is k value and how to calculate its practically tell me i have 50m pipe length, dia- 200mm, flow rate- 1500 m^3/h, then now tell me what is hf ? fluid is water
Frictional loss calculation was correct but adding the static head to Frictional loss is totally wrong. You should've subtracted Frictional loss from the positive static head meaning that the static is, for example, 25m but when the water comes out has 25m minus 0.00193m head or about 2.5 bar or 250 kpa pressure.
Dear sir, how are you?? I need solution from you. Please help me. I want to learn from you. How to calculate or design a steam header (Header length-4m, Header diameter-???, Header thickness-????). Steam pressure 10 bar, Steam mass flow rate 28 tonne per hours, Steam consumed 15 tonne per hour. Please help me about the mentioned issue.
Dear frnd, Plz share your email adress and also steam input line sizes or flow rates and outgoing lines data to properly design a header.i will email you the drawing.
Thank you for you good explanation
Very talented lecture.
How did you find flow rate? Or you are just assuming??
If flow is turbulent flow than what is the farmula we need to use
Pls explain pump head vs flowrate vs kW
