I had the wife and daughter out fishing at the usual squid stomping ground Dom and my daughter said "what's that dad" Sure enough a small hammerhead shark cruised past the boat right on the surface. First one I've ever seen in the flesh. Cheers Dom, stay safe out there.

Hey man could I ask what the purpose of the red tubing on your rig up is? New to all this so sorry if it’s obvious, Love the videos mate between you and salty fishos I’m up off my arse on a weekend giving it a go.
It is usually used when useing worms for bait for whiting as a attractant and also to use less of the worm on the hook for bait.

Whiting main food source are those blood worms on the bottom are brown red in color..the tubing mimicks them and also visually great for attracting them. I still catch them without the tubing though, cheers mate👍
I know there are “better” fish in the ocean, but down here in VIC that hammerhead would have been taken as table fare. Not sure how shark is rated in WA but here it is rated as a good eating fish. Loving the videos Dom.

How much is it to park at the boat ramp? Great vid Dom 👌Been told that small hammer heads like the one you caught are really good eating. Just bleed straight away. Beer battered shark is soo good.Those filo whiting puffs look delicious. Dom appetite 👍🍺

Caught a small hammerhead on a lure while catching snook and it was one of the tastiest fish I have had well worth keeping.
Ive been told they're good, xheers for that👍

I had a bucket full if whuting already..also to be on safe side with the rules for them I let it go.
