I am a marwari, and I totally agree with you. This is why I don't attend marwari -gujarati or other weddings that are more show-off. I am happy eating Upma, Poha , Idli in my home than be a part of a celebration where there is a huge show off of people
You are absolutely correct, & I personally agree with this. however there is another side to the Big Fat Indian wedding. Many people are dependent for their everyday bread & butter on these weddings. So many craftsman & their families who created the Lehenga would get their appreciation only when such weddings happen! This is one way for Rich people to support the society😄😄😄
Even i believe same... but... it can be implemented.... if eveeyone in family believe .. only then we can implement it... i mean both bride and bridegrooms family
