    Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji:
    (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)
    - Paneer, roughly crumbled by hand- 250 gms
    Tempering:
    - Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
    - Ginger, fine chopped- 2 tsp
    - Garlic, fine chopped- 2 tsp
    - Green Chillies, fine chopped- 2 tsp
    Spice Powders:
    - Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
    - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
    - Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1 tsp
    - Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
    - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
    - Kasuri Methi dry roasted & crushed - 1 tsp
    Other Ingredients:
    - Onions, chopped- 2 medium (140 gms)
    - Tomatoes, chopped- 2 medium (140 gms)
    - Salt- 1 tsp
    - Readymade tomato purée - 2 tbsp
    - Coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tbsp
    - Oil- 2 tbsp
    - Butter- 2 tbsp
    Preparation:
    - Peel and fine chop the ginger and garlic cloves to give you 2 tsp each.
    - Also chop the green chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Set aside the coriander leaves for use as garnish.
    - Crumble the paneer by hand and set it aside.
    - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi on low heat for 30-60 secs. Allow it to cool and then crush it with your hand.
    Process:
    - Heat oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds. Once it splutters, add the fine chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
    - Give a stir on medium heat for 30 secs and then add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat for 10 mins till light brown in colour.
    - Now add the chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp salt. Mix and fry on medium heat for 4 mins till the tomatoes are soft.
    - Now add the tomato purée and the Spice Powders-1 . Mix and cook on low heat for 2-3 mins.
    - Now add the Garam Masala powder and 2 tbsp of butter. Mix and cook for 1 min and then add 100 ml of water.
    - Cook on low heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates.
    - Now add the crumbled paneer and Kasuri Methi. Give a mix and cover & cook on low heat for 3-4 mins.
    - Now remove lid and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
