It could of been the 12" of Edwin Starr's - "Contact" as that was bright hot pink too although there was a few hot pink 12" vinyls back then by other artists.

It was I who created this re-edit on 2 turntables. I used a copy of the original 12" vocal and a copy of 12" instrumental reissue. The only error I made in editing is at 1:49 where I cross-faded from the instrumental to the vocal while the 2 copies were ever so slightly out of sync.
