Jarrod attracting a new genre of audience
Enjoyed this analysis so much!!!
Don't know why Markram is getting chance even after performing very poorly in every gamae and Glen Philips just sitting on dugout. We all know that middle order collapse is the weakest link of this SRH team, and the management is just making it worse rather than improving it.
They weren’t going to take a chance on a new player in the playoffs, and to be fair markram fielded very well today
He has given Kavya 2 SA20 titles in a row. He's her kingpin
RR has a lot of lefties in their team so they went with Markram. Plus Philips is more of a finisher and SRH needed someone who can bat at 4.For the same reason he will play the finals
@@DjokerFan Phillips bats at 4/5 for NZ, he definitely can bat at 4 for SRH
@@ChiliFam he kind of fields well every game.
In the big match your big player should take responsibility you can't say Im talented and when mattered the most play 17 and 10 close to 100 strike rate we expect more from Sanju Samson he is not a newbee now.
Facts! he has always performed poorly in knockout stages and big games.
jarrod love your analysis so much... Feels like iam watching a small documentary 🧡🧡🧡... Worth a subscribe
Chennai and Chepauk is my home and I've never been more prouder of the groundsmen here for giving such a wonderful pitch in the playoffs. It is the classic Indian T20 pitch that we've seen all the way growing up, which is not unplayable for the batter or unbowlable for a seamer. It tests quality batting and bowling and adapting to situations and that is where strategy that is needed to win a game which is where a team like CSK has proved its class in. Cummins had as much as a share as anybody else who is deserved MoM to think on the field and get his part timers into play even though the great RR spinners went for runs. Head has a share for not playing his natural game of going berserk and taking time to consolidate partnerships. Everybody and all the little contributions will be remembered for eternity because, they worked for it and they strategized it.
In one of the most fuckall years of the IPL in which 230 and 240 is normalcy which is just blind swinging everywhere, these 175 defence games are the games which we live for. Another day of gratitude for Chepauk. Undoubtedly a class apart.
While I understand your point I disagree a bit. A good pitch stays true throughout the 40 overs. That it turned twice more than the first innings is not a great pitch if it favors one side or the other. Having said that that innings from cadmore was the difference in my opinion as SRH scored 78 against RRs 50 odd runs. Powerplay was the best time to bat and RR was behind on those 6 overs. I know it's hind sight but should have opened with Jurel
The pitch changed dramatically in the second innings. It wasn’t a good one… and you could tell when part time spinners who haven’t bowled a whole bunch throughout the tournament were doing better than seasoned pacers.
No matter how much turn there is, you have to bowl well. After 15th over SRH batsmen were also finding it very hard to hit. They would have scored at least a 20-30 runs more had the pitch stayed true. And RR messed up powerplay which was the only chance to go ahead of Required rate and then take time settle in and launch again with at least one set batsmen
6:09 "He's an incredibly light-skinned white dude. He looked like he'd never seen the sun before." Spot on and hilarious. May in Madras. Give me a break, mate.
As a Indian Fan I have to accept two things Ashwin is not your T20 bowler.
He is kind of defensive but alteast I have to give props to him he won the important Eliminator for RR.
But there is no excuse for yuzi chahal or Sanju all those who wants a justice and their place in WC why they haven't played a single game this is the reason.
1st I don't remember a singke game where yuzi has won us or performed when it mattered. He is good no ge is great has a champion mindset but when he goes for runs he never come back in that match and since his selection he has always gone for runs.
Even in international be it KO games or series deciders or WC games against big teams like Eng, Aus, Pakistan he never performed. As the game evolved kuldeep has gone attacking learnt the batting and cem3nted his position where chahal is weakk fileder couldn't bat for a over and with Ind already having Arshdeep and Bumrah we can't have another fielder like Chahal in 11 to wjom we can't hide.
Rest about sanju always performs best when IPL gets started in orange cap race and gets of to flier but never performed when it matteres. Throws away wickets and choose poor shot selection even when he gets chance for India.
He is sole reason RR comes close but never cross the line. Never I have seen him win tough match or pull out a impossible chase. I am sorry it is just sad to have all that talent but just wasting it and throwing it away with gufted wickets.
Sanji is like Rohit sharma before 2013 but he never learns just repeats same mistake and never put price tag on his name and with game continue to eveolve he isn't trying to be dasher like playing 15 ball 30s to create impact. He is somewhere in middle who can steady the ship but even fails to close out the game.
Ability is there but no performance for bith Sanju ans Chahal.
Only guys like Buttler and Yashaswi can win them big matches no one else has the guts.
Finally a good game with some fantastic spin
India got wrong sharma in world cup squad instead of Abhishek
this guy deserves a lot more subscribers
Fantastic work
It's so tough to comprehend for Jarrod because he doesn't realise ipl is fixed😂
The other RR opener sucks
So many things went wrong for rajasthan
They were shit but also unlucky
Like Shahbaz was not even supposed to play
Bowl spines a lot in second innings
That even part timers were looking like world class
N actual world classical spinner got no wickets
Dew wasn't there at all
Which is surprising
Ashwin is a coward...not a world class bowler. He is too cowardly to try to spin the ball. He bowls carrom-balls....hoping not to get hit.
In the 2018 Southampton Test, Ashwin, with many Left-handed batters in the opposition ranks, on a turning pitch, takes 3/124 (including 1/84 in the 2nd innings). Moeen Ali, whom no one rates (or hypes) anywhere near as much as Ashwin, bowling mostly to Right-hand batters..takes 9/131 and wins the match for his team.
Here again, 2 part-timers make Ashwin look like a village bowler.
We need to replace jadeja with sharma guy
Rohit needs to go.
In the bilaterals after WT20 he must open at all costs
WTF are these comments with weird pfps?😂
I've seen these bots in other cricket channels.
Comments 😊 pfp 😮
Pat cummins leads the men to victory
Just patty things 😂❤
Cumdawg millionaire there's something great about Australian genes
Had RR qualified to final, they would be fighting hard against kkr and lost, instead of SRH losing one sided or making it to know the outcome in middle of the match itself
So the team that choked will give a tougher fight than the one that didn't choke and made it to the finals, got it.
yeah, RR's fight has been unbelievable in the second half, won only 1 game in may 👏👏
Okay Mohammed 😂
We have a prophet in comments😂
I understand what you mean. Srh has a really bad record against kkr.
R Ashwin - made to look like a village bowler by 2 part timers. How bloody over-rated is he!!?
