hey I have a quick question is there anything in insurance in claims where you can work at night? Like for example when car accidents happen at night which they do what happens then don't they have to call insurance claims for auto? But I see al insurance claims adjuster jobs for auto are always 9am to 5pm or like for homeowners when things happen at night ? Are there no adjuster jobs for night?

Yes, there is scene investigation, but there’s really no guarantee of what time your services will be needed. Most of the positions are daytime hours. I’m not aware of many night time jobs.

Do you think having more certified training helps getting deployed?
Or just say Florida license and lvl 2 xactimate? Was thinking of adding rope access/fall protection training and Haag damage course. Are there any more that would help me get picked? Perhaps ride-alongs or more in depth and costly adjuster courses?

Xactimate Level 1 and 2 is a must, rope and harness is for your safety, but not necessarily a deployment benefit. HAAG is good but very expensive to keep up. Just call call call, you will get deployed. check out www.catadjuster.org/Careers.aspx

@Daniel the Adjuster thanks man I do insurance claims on produce but I'm the person who inspects them not the person who adjusts. Kinda like usda. Been diving into this it's really interesting. What happens if you get to a house and the whole house is ruined? Does that happen? Would that mean your claim % would be really high or it doesn't work that way?
