This summer i bought Mitsubishi heavy A/C & because of installation person inefficiency the a/c wasn't cooling enough later another service person came and Vacuumed the A/c pipes and refilled R32 gas again then A/C performance was good. Proper Vacuuming a/c pipes is important !
hi i think u make short and very very detailed report. there are somevideos on youtube which are equally detailed but very very long. so i like this abt ur videos. i have a question if u can answer. i want to buy ac for my mom and das room. i stay in pune where in winters it reaaly feels cold anf they being eldery and senior citizens , cold is a issue for them. in sucha a scenario should i go for hot and cold ac and if yes which model to go for. or is it just a marketiing gimmick and go for regular ac.

Hot and cold will be economical compared to any room heater. Also it properly maintains the temperature inside the room during summers and also in winters. Hello Both will , for that one must understand the working of Inverter and non inverter ac ( please watch our AC video's where it has been shared ) But your room should be properly closed , ac should be of proper cooling capacity according to your room size and with high ambient temperature. If your room has too much sunlight exposure ( your usage is in day time too ) then go with non inverter ac or if the exposure of sunlight is for lesser hours then go with inverter ac. Best wishes :)

I have bought 3 mitsubishi electric dm35 va-e1 12000btu inverter poki poki motor r410a and also I have the toyotomi kenzo eco 2 model ktn- ktg 20-12 r32 12000btu inverter.. both are great a/c.. sometimes on toyotomi, I think that r32 is better than r410a for better performance in heating but also I have checked with specific electronic device the electric consumption of mitsubishi dm35 va e1 and if you set it on heating very appropriately between 24 - 26 and 3rd speed of indoor fan you can see 👀 amazing results for example 12 hours operating to consume 3 to 4 kwh in heating of a house about 80 m2" and keep it warm.. that's for knowing about the dm35va.. but in very very short future I am going to buy the heavy one models but don't know which one to prefer.. my most interesting is on heating so I want to spend - investing money in a model that is really great and powerful in heating performance and also reliable in motor - electronics for lowest-priced consumption... the rule for me cause I've studied electrology refrigeration and climatization systems a.k.a h.v.a.c techniques is to spend before so to use after without cost.. the rule is : great systems produce great works and also is the warranty...if something comes up..
Both are good For commercial / office purpose prefer Mitsubishi heavy duty 2.2 ton and for home purpose prefer Mitsubishi Electric 2 ton :) Best wishes

Second option is Hitachi , which has 7000w cooling capacity in 2 ton, which is under 50K Lastly , if budget is a constrain then you can compromise a bit and go for samsung which is near your mentioned budget and cooling capacity.
